Train-the-Trainer Program Accreditation

Boost your credibility and give your trainees the recognition they deserve. As part of our program, your trainees will receive a completion certificate and IIBA® endorsement PD hours upon successful completion of a brief online assessment.

As a BAE accredited trainer, you'll be equipped with an extensive array of study materials and resources. You can conveniently distribute these to your learners either directly or through our comprehensive Learning Management System. Moreover, these resources are structured to guide your learners towards achieving prestigious ECBA®, CCBA®, or CBAP® certifications, enhancing their professional standing in the field of Business Analysis.

Train-the-Trainer Program Levels & Prerequisites

Level 1: Foundation Business Analysis Trainer

(Investment: AUD$3697.00 + 10% GST - Payment plans available, enquire.)

The first level delves into the principles and methodologies of adult learning, providing you with a robust understanding of how to train adults effectively.

Alongside this, we cover foundational business analysis training in the context of teaching others, grounded in BABOK®-aligned best practices and principles. We also provide a thorough overview of business analysis techniques in the context of teaching others.

Prerequisites:

Trainers must either hold an ECBA™ certification or be willing to obtain it before completing this level of the Train the Trainer program.
Furthermore, trainers must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable practical business analysis experience.
Must sign a code of conduct & terms and conditions.

Who can you train after completing this level program?

This level is suitable for training people who are preparing for the ECBA™ exam or learning Business Analysis concepts and best practices to perform better at work.

Train-the-Trainer Delivery (next start date: 2 April 2024)

You are trained by the founder of Business Analysis Excellence Pty Ltd Esta Lessing CBAP®, in the following format:

12 hours of live-instructor led virtual training** (delivered once a week for approx. 2 hours per session, for 6 weeks)
Weekly online practical assignments and multiple choice assessments to complete each week (approx. 2 hours of effort per week)
2 x individual one-on-one mentoring sessions via Zoom
Final practical 1 hour mock training - video recorded assessment
Unlimited online support from your coach

**This format of training will be amended to suit the individual batches. It can potentially be replaced with 1:1 mentoring sessions instead (dependent of timezones, group sizes).

What you receive at the end of this program

Full accreditation from Business Analysis Excellence Pty Ltd to train any person at Level 1 .
Certificate of Accreditation from Business Analysis Excellence Pty Ltd as a Level 1 BAE Foundation Business Analysis Trainer.
Annual Membership that gives your learners access to BAE Learning Management Portal (incl. all learning materials) for for 12 months. (Licensed annually for AUD$397.00 + GST)
*IIBA Endorsed Training & Completion Certificates for all your learners: Providing you have an active membership and are in good standing with Business Analysis Excellence Pty Ltd, all your learners will earn IIBA Endorsed Course status with the PD Hours associated with your Level 1 training course. Note: Each learner must complete a short online content assessment and trainer survey before receiving PD hours and completion certificate.

Level 2: Advanced Business Analysis Trainer

(Investment: AUD$2997.00 + 10% GST - Payment plans available, enquire.)

(Level 1+2 Investment: AUD$5900 + 10% GST)

Upon successful completion of Level 1, you can progress to Level 2, which takes a deep dive into advanced BABOK-aligned concepts and techniques in the context of teaching others.

This level is heavily case study-focused, providing you with practical, real-world applications of the concepts you will learn to teach others.

Prerequisites:

To enrol in Level 2, trainers must have completed the Level 1 Train the Trainer Program and hold a CBAP certification (or be able to provide proof of past CBAP certification or equivalent).
Must sign a code of conduct & terms and conditions.

Who can you train after completing this level?

This level is suitable for training people who are preparing for the CCBA® or CBAP® exam or learning more advanced Business Analysis concepts and best practices to apply at work.
